It was in the heart of Ambonnay, in 1962, that 58 daring winegrowers joined forces and thus founded Champagne Saint-Réol. Today these values are shared by our 230 passionate winegrowers. Worthy heirs of great families, they perpetuate with great talent a priceless and precious know-how, with the fierce will to create the best, excellence. They make Champagne Saint-Réol a hymn to the quality and grapes from the best Champagne terroirs. Among the 58 founder-owners was Mr Fernand HUGUET (CHA34), proud of his plot of land, who introduced his promotional friends to the wines of Ambonnay. Over the years, many gadzarts came to visit us, among them two of the soce... Mr Louis PESCHARD (CHA32) and Mr Henri TROUILLON (CHA46). In July 1986, during a lunch, the idea of making a "ARTS & MÉTIERS" champagne was born. In November 1986, a mailing was sent to the gadzarts... 1 month later... more than 2,500 of you showed your confidence in us... Since 1986, a donation of 30 cts per bottle ordered has been made to the Fondation des ARTS & MĖTIERS.

 

Over the years, the values of fraternity and excellence have thus marked

a constantly renewed partnership.

Precious golden tint. Fruity and fleshy odors. The palate reveals a powerful wine whose hints of sour cherry and hazelnut create its exception.

A true wine of terroir whose uniqueness will delight connoisseurs.

Light gold color. Engaging aromas blending pitted fruit, citrus, mineral aspects. Very pleasant to the palate, we can appreciate. A balance between robustness, freshness, fruit overtones. All held together by a pleasant and fine structure.

Brilliant gold with green reflections, fine and persistent moss, delicate nose of white flowers. The mouth is fresh and floral, developing aromas of lime blossom and hawthorn, a wine marked by freshness, typical of Chardonnay. Wine of Spirit.

Culinary Agreements : Fish, white meats, sushi, seafood.

Shiny gold dress. Fine and creamy mousse. The complex nose, marked by Pinot Noir, is an invitation to taste. It gives off spicy notes of black pepper and aromas of ripe raspberries.  The attack on the palate is powerful, with a beautiful structure and finishes with a hint of lemon.

Full-bodied champagne.

Delicate pink colour with golden reflections, fine and persistent foam, delicate nose with hints of honey and greedy cherry. The attack is brioche and fullof delicacy, with a creamy finish. Very fineand seductive, for aperitif and cocktails. A lovely rosé.

Light golden color. Blossoming odors starting with dry fruit (date, figs), mineral base. A wonderful palate, fullness, melts in the mouth, fresh, a vintage simultaneously gourmand, well entwined, elegant, remarkably fresh. A success.

Golden yellow, thin and lush foam, the nose is complex and slightly roasted,  opening up after airing. We can detect  toasted hints and dry fruit. The palate is well structured and rich, leaving space for a beautiful fresh finish. A powerful and mineral vintage.
